The hotel is conveniently located near the Harry Potter studio tour and major road networks. The rooms, though clean, were a bit smaller than anticipated. Being on top of J22 M25 can lead to noise issues from adjacent rooms that could use some attention by the staff.

The hotel was very comfortable and quiet despite being close to the car park. The rooms were quite spacious for accommodating 2 adults and 2 kids. The service went above and beyond, very helpful and polite. Although the location wasn't ideal for non-drivers, the hotel exceeded expectations with its amenities. The dining experience was a bit of a letdown with items running out, but the packaged products were quick and easy. Overall, good value for money.
